The Creator
Hi, I'm D!
I've been constantly passionate in three things: writing stories, crafting, and helping people. I put the first two aside when I went to school to become a doctor, but I realized that I could help people in ways other than medicine, including myself. My creative writing minor saved me from the hard organic chemistry classes, and crochet later became another outlet where I could fidget but still be productive.
Everything I craft carries a bit of me, and while I may be telling stories of mermaids and mages, I also leave a bit of my story. Books 'n Hooks is my little creative corner where I can put all my passions together and make something that matters. Whether I'm offering an escape from reality, a stress fidget, or a book sleeve to keep your favorite novel nice and safe, I'm helping people through crafty medicine. Everything here is made by me, for you, with more care than I can probably put into words.
